Join us for Walt’s Rainbow Bridge 5K, a virtual event where love and remembrance bring us together across any distance. Inspired by Walt, the gentle giant pig whose joy and kindness touched so many lives.

 

This 5K is a way to honor not only his legacy, but also the memory of the loved ones we each hold close in our hearts.

 

Because this is a virtual 5K, you can participate from anywhere in the world, in any way that feels right to you. Walk, run, bike, swim, hike, or even roller skate your 3.1 miles.

 

Each step is a tribute, each mile a memory, and together we’ll create a global wave of compassion stretching across the rainbow bridge.

 

By joining, you’ll not only be honoring those who’ve passed, but also supporting Outsiders Farm & Sanctuary, where Walt’s spirit continues to inspire a mission of love and care for rescued animals.

Together, from wherever we are, we’ll cross the bridge, step by step, memory by memory.

This year's fundraising goal is $10,000.  These much needed funds will go directly towards our Emergency Medical fund, to prepare the sanctuary for any unexpected vet bills that may occur in the future.

All proceeds of this 5K event will be put towards our animal sanctuary's emergency Medical funds. Your support helps keep our 400+ animals healthy and happy!  

You will be supporting the medical care for over 300 potbelly pigs, 25 goats, 5 cows, 12 "big" pigs, dogs, cats, geese, ducks, bunnies, guinea pigs, chickens and roosters!
